Project Roadmap
This project is about 2 days in. The current build already has account roles, student workspaces, AI interview flow, forms, assessment scaffolding, schedule generation, class sync, attendance, and reporting.
Translation: this is not "just an idea." It is already doing real work.
Phase 0 - Built In First 2 Days (Complete)
- Public web experience with Home, About, School Model, Roadmap, Contact.
- Parent and student login system with linked student profile ownership.
- AI-driven enrollment interviews and adaptive form generation.
- Assessment and schedule generation, plus class sync into workspace.
- Attendance and time tracking with progress report and transcript generation.
Phase 1 - Next Build Sprint
- AI cohort placement engine that groups students into compatible classes by level, pace, and goals.
- Human moderation layer for every class pod, including escalation flags and review queue.
- Teacher console for approving AI recommendations before they affect live student plans.
- Parent transparency timeline showing what AI changed, when, and why.
Phase 2 - Community Features
- Student clubs with AI-assisted planning and human-verified safety policies.
- Project teams, peer collaboration rooms, and showcase pages for final work.
- Interest-based elective tracks (tech, media, writing, life skills, entrepreneurship).
- Mentor matching for students who need targeted support or advanced challenge.
Phase 3 - Academic Depth And Accountability
- Mastery map with standards alignment, growth indicators, and intervention triggers.
- Expanded transcript system with project evidence and competency metadata.
- Automated missing-work and attendance intelligence with configurable family alerts.
- Long-range planning tools for graduation pathways and post-secondary readiness.
Phase 4 - End-State Platform
- AI-powered microschool OS with real operations quality, not demo quality.
- Cohort classes assembled by AI with human moderation as standard policy.
- Clubs, advisory groups, intervention teams, and enrichment tracks all in one system.
- Secure records, audit logs, backups, and strong parent/student data boundaries.
End goal: students get personalization without isolation, adults keep oversight, and families stop guessing whether school is actually working.
